Who are we?
The White Wedding Chair Cover Hire Company is an experienced supplier of chair covers for weddings. We specialise in providing laundered and pressed wedding chair covers for hire to your event, and can arrange delivery and collection from anywhere in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
While our basic chair covers for weddings are available on a supply-only self-fitting basis, many of our clients also like to take up the optional chair cover setup and dressing services. Should you decide to take advantage of this service, we will arrive at your chosen venue at a time agreed by yourself and fit wedding chair covers onto the chairs supplied.We will also ensure that we are out of the way well before the function starts. If the timeframe for setup is short, we will ensure that a larger chair cover dressing team is dispatched, as completing the room setup on time is always a priority on the day.
What hire products do we offer?
We currently offer a range of three white chair covers:
- Ivory Pleated cotton
- White Stretch Lycra
- White Pleated cotton
We’ve also introduced the following black wedding chair covers for hire:
- Black Stretch Lycra
- Black Pleated cotton
These chair covers come with a selection of 36 colour options for sashes.

The White Chair Cover Company is a small family run business whose aim is to ensure a competitively priced, high quality, pressed, laundered and fitted chair cover hire service. From your initial enquiry, all the way through to the end of your event, we will ensure you get all the support you need to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
How do we ensure a perfect fit?
Behind the scenes we currently have 21 chair cover hire sizes, with which we ensure an excellent fit. We estimate that this allows us to cover around 95% of all banqueting chairs in our catchment area.
When ordering, please choose a chair style from our chair cover hire size guide; if you are uncertain of the size please let us know the venue name and website. The vast majority of the time we are usually able to find out the size from this information. On the rare occasion where we are unable to ascertain the chair size this way, we will ask you to email us an image to email@example.com.

How do I order?
We recommend that you use our 24 hour automated quotation form in order to prepare your order and receive a quote. Once you've got your quote, you can confirm it using our online confirmation system. We only need a £75 deposit to confirm your order and guarantee stock availability. Alternatively, you can simply call us 9am-7pm or email us an order request and we will call you to answer all your queries, confirm you chair size (if unknown), and finalise your order.
What happens when I order?
During confirmation of your order we will ask you for a deposit of £75 to hold your selection. All we then ask is that you contact us 7-14 days prior to the event to confirm any amendments and pay the final amount.
Can I amend my chair cover order once placed?
Yes, if the numbers or colour-scheme changes we will be happy to make amendments to your wedding chair cover order up to 5 working days prior to dispatch. Just let us know by email or phone.

What setup service do we offer?
We offer a full chair cover fitting service in the areas highlighted in the fitting map (see left). Alternatively if you are out of the area, or just looking to keep costs to a minimum, you can hire from us on a self-fit only basis, anywhere in the British Isles, and ask someone on site to install the chair covers for you.
